Peters Borowiak Kiss & Magnus is a Hamburg-based commercial law firm that has been advising its interesting clients in the main areas of commercial law with very high quality standards for over 30 years.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a legal assistant or a paralegal on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities:

File management, filing and mail processing
Handling of correspondence mainly according to dictation
Answering and forwarding telephone calls
Monitoring of deadlines
Billing of fees based on billable hours and RVG (German Lawyers Remuneration Act)
Foreclosure
Various administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile

Successfully completed training as a Paralegal
Confident in handling modern office software, especially MS-Office and DATEV
Confidently handling German spelling and writing
Structured and independent way of working, strong communication skills and distinct ability to work in a team
Commitment, flexibility, ability to work under pressure
Friendly appearance and a good manner of expression on the phone as well as in direct contact with clients
